Returns & Refunds policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the product, without needing to justify their decision.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@anime3dpaint.com.

If the withdrawal is valid, the refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the customer's decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product and verified that it is in good condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Policy

For a return to be valid, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging whenever possible. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or to clearly personalized products.

It also does not apply to sealed products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and have been unsealed after delivery, nor to products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returns

Returned products must be sent to the return address provided once the request has been accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
