What materials and tools did we use to create the figures?

All figures available for sale are made of high-quality, UV-cured photopolymer resin. We also use other materials such as rigid polyurethane resin to increase the weight and strength of the pieces, or rigid polyurethane foam to add bulk without significantly increasing the weight. We rarely use materials like PLA or PETG for our figures; we reserve those for life-size models.

How works the Unpainted option?

It comes unprimed, lightly sanded, and unassembled. You may need to sand some areas for a perfect finish or fit. All figures are fully UV cured, so they are safe to handle.

How works the Painted option?

We create each piece specifically to order. This sometimes results in uncertain delivery times, but we appreciate your understanding. It arrives hand-painted and varnished. Depending on our decision or at the customer's request, some pieces may be assembled, include magnets, or be solid.

Can I see the progress of a painting order?

Once your order enters production, you'll receive a notification to confirm your desired finish or customization. We can also include photos upon request. We send photo updates every few days.

Can I see progress pictures of other painted jobs?

You can always ask our team and they will share the wip of other orders on our socials.

Can I order a wholesale quantity?

We offer wholesale service. Contact our team to discuss quantities, delivery dates, and order format.

Can I request a completely custom job? Do you do modification or repainting orders?

Yes, we can do work completely from scratch, carry out custom work, and offer repair and repainting services.

Who is responsible for customs duties or taxes?

Any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, and other expenses related to customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for managing any customs procedures, documentation, and services required for delivery of the order to the destination country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
